General Information

We hope that you will join us this season for KSTC Water Polo! We have opportunities for almost all ages of kids who can swim.

Our team plays in the Greater Seattle Summer Water Polo League. Games are played in age groups with differing rules and sizes for each:

• 10 and Under: Games consist of 5-minute quarters with two minutes between quarters and use a shot clock. Teams will switch ends after each quarter. Each team is allowed two 1-minute timeouts per game. Warm up is 10 minutes before the game time. Games will use small goals, when available. This age group plays 5v5 (4 field players and a goalie).
• 12 and Under: Games consist of 5-minute quarters with two minutes between quarters. Teams will switch ends after each quarter. Each team is allowed two 1-minute timeouts per game. Warm up is 10 minutes before the game time. Games will use standard goals. This group plays 6v6 (5 field players and a goalie).
• 14 and Under: Games consist of 6-minute quarters (start/stop) with two minutes between quarters and use a shot clock. Teams will switch ends after each quarter. Each team is allowed two 1-minute timeouts per game. Warm up is 10 minutes before the game time. Games will use standard goals. This group plays 6v6 (5 field players and a goalie).
• 18 and Under: Games consist of 6-minute quarters (start/stop) with two minutes between quarters and use a shot clock. Teams will switch ends after each quarter. Each team is allowed two 1-minute timeouts per game. Warm up is 10 minutes before the game time. Games will use standard goals. This group plays 6v6 (5 field players and a goalie).
