The membership lists for buying, leasing, and selling are now maintained on this web site. E-mail the Membership chariperson to be added to any of these lists and be sure to include the information that you want posted.

Who We Are:
The Kent Swim and Tennis Club is a private club located in east Kent on Scenic Hill. The club is owned by 260 families and is governed by a board of eleven volunteer trustees elected annually, each of who is an active member of the Club.

  • Competition-sized outdoor swimming pool with a separate diving tank
  • Four lighted, outdoor tennis courts open year-round
  • Large picnic and barbecue areas with tables and gas grills
  • Volleyball court
  • Expansive sunning decks with comfortable chairs and lounges
  • American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards on duty at all times
    Programs:
  • Swim and Tennis lessons for children and adults with fully qualified/trained staff
  • Competitive Swim Team with coaches for all age groups and ability levels
  • Members of the Seattle Summer Swim League
  • Competitive Tennis Team with coaches for children ages 8-17 years
  • Social Events throughout the season for members and their guests which in the past have included Steak and Shrimp Night, Bunko Night, Camp KSTC, Teen Night, Float and Movie Night, Tennis Tournament

How Do I Become A Member?
Membership at KSTC is currently at 259 families, the club has one membership available for sale as allowed per our Bylaws. Annually there are approximately 25-30 families that sell their memberships due to relocation, grown children, etc. Please check our website bulletin board to see if any memberships have become available for sale and to place your name on the prospective buyer's list. Members interested in selling will contact you directly by accessing your name from this list . Names are purged from the waiting list at the end of each year. As with any purchase, it is wise to contact the Membership Chair to confirm that the member is in good standing before completing the transaction.
