Guest Policy
As you begin to plan your summer parties, get togethers, and celebrations please remember to keep in mind the pool's policy on the number of guests a member may bring in at one time. You may bring up to 10 guests at any one time. If you want to bring more than 10 guests, you must contact our Pool Manager for prior approval. If you have a party of over twenty guests that you would like to schedule, please consider renting the pool. Large parties affect the staffing of the pool, budget, and the owner's (member's) ability to enjoy the facility. For those of you considering parties for end of season sports etc. the cost of rental is not too bad if you divide it between the families attending, in some cases cheaper than the traditional pizza party.
    Guest Fees are as follows:
  • $5.00 per person (includes tax)
  • Punch cards - 10 visits for $45.00 (includes tax)

Guest Fee/Frequency
Guests who are invited occasionally shall pay a guest fee per visit. Guests must register at the front desk prior to entry.

Out-of-Area Guests
Out-of-area guests may be offered guest privileges for an extended period of time to coincide with the time they are guests of your household. This shall be for a fee of $18.00 per week per individual or $50.00 per family and to last no longer than three weeks. Guests must register at the front desk prior to entry.

Long Term Out-of-Area Guests
Out-of-area guests for longer than three weeks shall be registered as a member of your household, pay $68.00 per guest and must register at the front desk prior to entry.

Childcare
Permanent childcare such as a nanny or full time caregiver shall be treated as a member of the family for the period of time when your child is in their care. No additional guest fee will be required. The nanny/full time caregiver shall not have KSTC privileges at any other time. It is assumed that when children and their permanent full time caregiver are using the facilities that the adult members of the family are not also using the facilities.

Babysitters
Babysitters used for an occasional period of time and at KSTC with the member's children shall be treated as a guest, required to pay a guest fee and must register at the front desk prior to entry.

Grandparents/Grandchildren
Grandchildren living with grandparents full-time are household member and should be registered as such. Other situations fall under "Out-of-Area guests".

Number of Guests
No more than ten guests may be invited at any one time without prior approval of the KSTC Manager. It is management's prerogative to require you to book the pool for a rental with ten or more guests. Parties with more than 20 guests are considered a rental, please check with the Manager/Operations regarding availability.

Punchcards
Members may purchase a punchcard that is good for ten guest visits. The punchcard may only be used when bringing in 10 or fewer guests. If you are bringing in more than 10 guests, all guests will be subject to the full individual fee. Guests must still register at the front desk and follow all other sections of the guest policy.

Sales Visits
Current members may invite perspective members at no cost for a onetime visit with prior approval of the Board President or VP of Operations. Guests must still register at the front desk.
